What is your return policy?
14 Day return for Fine Art Prints. Framed Prints and Gallery Wrapped Canvas Prints are non-refundable. Only original purchaser can apply for return or refund.
When will my order arrive?
We print orders within 1–2 business days. Framed prints take an additional 2–3 days to prepare for shipping. Also, all Framed Print orders ship via Expedited Shipping to ensure fast delivery. Additionally, we ship all Standalone Prints via Standard Shipping. Expect Framed Prints to arrive about 3 days after we ship your order, and Standalone Prints to arrive in an estimated 5 days. We’ll email you a tracking code once your order is shipped.
What should I do if my product arrives damaged?
If your item is damaged during shipping, we’ll replace it. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us if there are any issues.
