Returns and Refunds

What is our return policy?

Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. Our Vendor inspects every product before shipping for the best quality and ensures safe packaging for your product.

We will redo products damaged in shipping so please check your product on delivery and let us know if everything is to your satisfaction. Please preview your images to ensure that all customizable features are to your liking before placing your order.

All orders are custom made and non-refundable.

Lost and Damaged

In the event that you receive a confirmation email stating your order has shipped, yet you don’t receive the order within seven business days, please reach out to customer service at laroccaphotographer@gmail.com. Similarly, if you receive a damaged product, get in touch with me as soon as you can, providing photos if necessary.

We handle “lost or damaged” remakes on a case-by-case basis, reprinting or remaking as needed. If you’re unhappy with your order for any other reason, please let me know. I’m committed to working with you until you’re completely satisfied.

If we decide to remake a print, we won’t require you to return the original, so there’s no cost to you. In cases where our vendor requires the return of a damaged framed print, rest assured that you won’t incur any costs for that return.

Shipping

We print orders about 1 or 2 business days after receipt of the order. Framed Prints take 2-3 days to prepare for shipping. We use Expedited Shipping for all orders, and this is free to our customers.

12×18 Prints on True Black and White Paper. Black Flat Frame 19.25 inches X 25.25 inches Non-Glare Glass. Mounted with 2 inches on all sides border white matting.

16×24 Prints on True Black and White Paper. Black Flat Frame 23.25 inches X 31.25 inches Non-Glare Glass. Mounted with 2 inches on all sides border white matting.

20×30 Prints on True Black and White Paper. Black Flat Frame 27.25 inches X 37.25 inches Non-Glare Glass. Mounted with 2 inches on all sides border white matting.
